EPITOME OF REFINED LUXURY
For our staycation, our home away from home of choice was the renowned Belmond Cadogan Hotel on London’s iconic Sloane Street. Nestled in the heart of Chelsea, the Belmond Cadogan Hotel is the epitome of refined luxury. From its exquisite interiors, every amenity considered, to impeccable service, this historic hotel offers a truly indulgent experience and a relaxing night away.
We spent the night in one of their beautifully appointed rooms overlooking London, with one of the most beautifully designed marble lined bathrooms we’ve ever seen. The Belmond Cadogan Hotel is the perfect base for exploring London's art and restaurant scenes, with the Saatchi Gallery a stone’s throw away and exquisite dining options right on the doorstep.

UNWIND IN A POOL OR ART GALLERY
London boasts a plethora of world-class art galleries and museums that are sure to captivate art enthusiasts. As well as the contemporary and iconic Saatchi Gallery, we love to visit the Tate Modern, the British Museum, and the National Gallery, which house masterpieces from renowned artists.
To unwind in the city, we love to spend the morning at the Carlton Tower pool, an oasis of tranquillity and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. This luxurious rooftop pool provides a serene oasis with breath-taking panoramic views of London's skyline. Take a refreshing swim, relax on the comfortable sun loungers, and enjoy poolside refreshments for the ultimate relaxation experience.
London is renowned for its exceptional shopping experiences, and the new Battersea Power Station shopping centre is a new must-visit destination. We jumped in a black cab and headed south of the river to explore the array of boutiques and stop into see the team at the newly opened IWC Battersea Boutique to try on some of the beautiful new rubber strap collection, including the Portugieser Chronograph IW371615 featuring a green dial and white rubber strap.

THE FINER THINGS IN LIFE
For dinner, we headed west to the beautiful green suburban area of Richmond Upon Thames, to our current favourite restaurant, Scott’s Richmond. At Scott’s latest opening, you’ll delight in a riverside setting and an unforgettable dining experience. Located on the banks of the River Thames, this renowned seafood restaurant offers delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients by head chef Tom Fraser. Indulge in fresh oysters, succulent seafood platters, fiery grilled dishes and mouth-watering desserts like cinnamon donuts while enjoying a crisp glass of rosé and stunning views of the river.
