Tell us a bit about your career journey at IWC.
My IWC journey began hands-on, as a watchmaker in case pre-assembly, then moved to testing at our new manufacture. I quickly stepped into leadership as a team lead, and uniquely, became the first line manager in that role. My path continued into project management, from junior PM to project lead, and now I’m leading a department. This continuous evolution has deepened my understanding of production processes and honed my skills in people leadership, mastering both the technical craft and the art of leading a team
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part is definitely the people behind the product. Achieving something together is incredibly satisfying. We truly thrive when we collaborate, removing obstacles as a team. That shared success and collective effort is what makes it all worthwhile, creating a powerful sense of accomplishment.
What growth or development opportunities have you experienced?
My career progression here speaks volumes – I’ve always felt genuinely supported in my development. My motivation and talent were recognized early on, and I’ve been continuously encouraged and empowered to take on new challenges.
