51000 calibre family

The large movements in the IWC-manufactured 51000 calibre family boast a long power reserve. Their bidirectional Pellaton winding system is reinforced with components made of virtually wear-free ceramic and builds up a power reserve of 168 hours (7 days) in the mainspring. The balance wheel with a Breguet spring oscillates at a frequency of 2.75 hertz (19,800 vibrations per hour).
