How does it work?

1. Register your service online

2. Send your timepiece with our Service Kit:

Receive the Service Kit at home

Easily assemble the shipping box

Use the foam cylinder to place the watch

Send your watch to IWC free of charge

3. View and approve your cost estimate, and track the status of your request online

4. Pay online upon service completion

5. Your timepiece will be shipped back to you free of charge
