We continue our #IWCTalksTo series with a talk to the actress and IWC Schaffhausen Brand Ambassador Rosamund Pike.
Rosamund Pike was born in London, the daughter of two professional opera singers whose careers took the family all over Europe until she was seven years old. She read English at Oxford but was being offered roles in films and television productions before she even graduated. In 2002, she played Bond girl Miranda Frost in her first feature film, “Die Another Day”.This movie was followed by, among other things, “The Libertine”,which won her a Best Supporting Actress award, and a film adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”. In 2014, her performance as Amy Dunne in the thriller “Gone Girl” brought her nominations for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe.
