Boutique Pick-Up: pick up your purchase in as little as a few hours *
Same-Day delivery: available within a 50-mile radius *
Express delivery: delivery within 1-2 business days **
*Same-Day services depend on the availability of such services & products. Your IWC Boutique associate will inform you of the expected delivery window.
**Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as normal business days with respect to estimated delivery lead times.
Please note that delivery of personalized timepieces will take longer than the above delivery lead times.
FINANCING
You may have the option to finance your new IWC watch in the United States through solutions offered by Affirm. All financing requests are subject to Affirm’s terms and conditions and Affirm’s approval, which may include payment terms of up to 36 months and rates as low as 0% APR. You may apply through Affirm by using your own smartphone, and any Affirm approved financing may be used within an IWC Boutique or over the phone.

TRADE-IN
Trading-in has never been easier. Turn the timepiece you have into the one you want by trading in your eligible luxury timepiece and receiving credit to use towards your IWC purchase - It’s that easy.
Once you have submitted an initial inquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at an IWC boutique, and after an inspection from our experts we will issue you a final offer. Upon acceptance, we will credit your boutique IWC account with the funds to use towards your IWC purchase.
