1. Screening
We understand you are eager to hear from us. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for us to respond, because we want to ensure we give each candidate the attention they deserve.
2. Phone Call
If you get selected for the next step, our aim is to get a better first impression of your ambitions and your personality, while also checking general conditions such as salary expectations and availability. For many of our roles we use our Video Assessment tool, where you respond to pre-defined questions by recording yourself. What we value most is your authentic self.
3. Interview
After completing the video assessment, you will be invited to a personal interview. You can expect questions about your background, your experience, and your motivation for the role. Depending on the position, we may also ask more technical questions and include a case study to better understand your approach to problem-solving.
4. Offer
Great news, we are convinced that you are a perfect fit for the role and our team! Your Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you by phone to share the details of your offer. We are excited about the prospect of working together and hope you are too!

What do I need to apply?
To apply, please submit your CV. While a motivation letter is not mandatory, we always appreciate it when applicants choose to include it – this can add a personal touch and provide valuable context to your journey. Any other application documents like work certificates or diplomas are welcome.
What qualifications do I need?
The qualifications depend on the specific role and are listed in each job posting. If you bring affinity for the luxury industry, especially for watchmaking, that’s a definite plus – but we also welcome diverse backgrounds!
Moving to Schaffhausen
Schaffhausen is based in the north eastern part of Switzerland. Zurich or Winterthur are major swiss cities nearby.
