Nearly 50 years after watch designer Gérald Genta created the Ingenieur SL, Reference 1832, IWC Schaffhausen re-launched the iconic design in 2023. The modern IWC Ingenieur is a faithful distillation of the original design with the proportions, ergonomics, and striking visual balance of a luxury sports watch for the 21st century – perfected and refined down to the smallest detail.
This year, the Ingenieur grows into a complete collection with new materials, sizes, and complications.

Luxury blue dial watches
Blue dial watches are deeply rooted in the history of IWC. The use of this dial color goes back to 1967 when the company released the Ingenieur Automatic and the Yacht Club Automatic with eye-catching deep blue dials, setting in motion a design trend that has since shaped the entire luxury watch industry.
