Even the IWC-manufactured 52615 calibre movement is designed for the extreme. A soft-iron inner case protects the complex movement from the effects of magnetic field. While an advanced Pellaton winding system is reinforced with wear-free ceramic components and build power for up to seven days.

The Manufakturzentrum. Twenty-five engineering firms, 70 construction companies, and 100 craftsmen worked for 2 years to make it a reality. Home to more than 400 craftsmen and employees, it is here that movements are made, assembled and researched.
