The latest official team watch is the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team. It features an eye-catching purple dial, inspired by the city of Singapore and its national flower.
Purple Extravaganza
IWC Schaffhausen’s latest team watch for its partner, the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team, is a real head-turner – in the paddock and on the track. As a tribute to the city of Singapore and the upcoming Singapore Grand Prix, the first night race in the sport, it features a purple dial. The vivid color is inspired by Singapore’s national flower, a hybrid orchid called Vanda Miss Joaquim.
Pilot’s Watch Mark XX Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team
Launched to mark the start of the 2025 Formula One™ season, the Pilot’s Watch Mark XX Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team is the third team watch created by IWC Schaffhausen for its longstanding partner. Its 40-millimeter case is made from lightweight and highly rigid grade 5 titanium.
Pilot’s Watch Performance Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team
Launched at the Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2023, the Pilot’s Watch Performance Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team features a Ceratanium® case and a black lacquered dial with applied indices and numerals. The black ceramic bezel features a tachymeter scale, allowing the wearer to determine the average speed over a reference distance of 1 km.
A Tribute to Shared Utilitarian Roots
The Big Pilot’s Watch from IWC Schaffhausen and the Mercedes-Benz G-Class are modern icons of sport luxury. Two special-edition Big Pilot’s Watches celebrate their shared utilitarian DNA, referencing hallmark G-Class design elements like the distinctive headlights and the spare wheel cover while showcasing exceptional robustness. One version features a case and crown crafted from 18-carat Armor Gold®, the other marks IWC’s first use of a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) case.
