69000 calibre family
Chronograph movements from the IWC-manufactured 69000 calibre family are engineered with an uncompromising focus on robustness, reliability and longevity. The column wheel design of the chronograph ensures that the individual phases of the switching sequence are clearly defined. A bidirectional pawl winding system builds up a power reserve of 46 hours in the mainspring. The balance oscillates at a frequency of 4 hertz (28'800 vibrations per hour).

What it takes to become the reference.
The chronograph is a stylish and sporty complication, offering virtually limitless applications in everyday life. IWC’s comprehensive chronograph expertise is deeply rooted in the company’s legacy of manufacturing instrument watches.
