Biography
British aristocrat Charles Gordon-Lennox, Earl of March, founded the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 1993 and the Goodwood Revival in 1998. The two sell-out motor events, held in the south coast of England, have since become the world’s most spectacular gatherings of stars and their cars, attracting more than 350,000 visitors annually. In 2014 Lord March also revived the renowned Members’ Meeting, a unique race weekend that conjures up the atmosphere and camaraderie that characterized the historic BARC meets of the 1950s and 60s. IWC Schaffhausen is Official Timing Partner of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting.
