HOW WE WORK
What it means to be a part of IWC
At IWC, we’ve been crafting mechanical watches by hand along the Rhine since 1868. These precision instruments contain countless tiny components and need to work together to advance in complications like chronographs, moon phase displays, and perpetual calendars all powered mechanically. The same is true of our teams. Our work relies on people working closely together, each bringing their part to something greater. We don’t expect perfect résumés from you. We expect drive, curiosity, and that you share our passion for watchmaking and collaboration.
