An engraving makes each watch an unmistakably unique piece; for example, by having your name or initials engraved. You may also engrave a date on the back of the watch, such as the date of your wedding or the birthday of a loved one. Please note that this service is only available for specific models, and will take up to an additional three business days for delivery in order to accommodate these personalised updates.

With a distinct strap, the appearance of your watch can easily be adapted to suit your taste. Our Concierge Service will be able to present to you an attractive collection of straps to match your look or underscore your character.
Payment & Warranty
Payment may be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, China Union Pay) and bank transfer.

In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, we process all transactions via a secure server and will request for your CVV code.

The CVV code (“Card Verification Value”) prevents the misuse of credit cards. It ensures that the person shopping online is in possession of the credit card. You can find this three- or four-digit number on the front or back of your card.

All purchases from an IWC Boutique, in the E-Boutique, via the Concierge Service or at an official IWC Schaffhausen retail partners are sold with an International Limited Warranty. If you place your order with the Concierge Service, you will receive your warranty card together with the delivery.
All watches come with a 24-month warranty. If you sign up to become a member of My IWC, we will provide a complimentary 6-year extension to our standard 2-year international limited warranty.
DELIVERY
Our comprehensive delivery options are tailored to the needs of busy cosmopolitans by shipping your purchases conveniently to your preferred location or directly to the recipient as a pleasant surprise.

- Delivery options depend on your shipping address. Our Ambassadors from the Concierge Service will be able to advise you accordingly.
Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as normal business days with respect to estimated delivery lead times.
Please note that delivery of a personalized services will take up to three business days longer than the usual delivery lead times and IWC Schaffhausen does not deliver to P.O. boxes, military areas or hotels.

Return & Exchange policy
We are pleased to offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You can try on your new timepiece in the comfort of your own home and if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it up to 30 days upon receiving.

Products purchased at an IWC Schaffhausen Boutique or an IWC Schaffhausen authorized retailer will not be accepted.
If your timepiece has been engraved or modified, it may not be returned or exchanged.
