The return or exchange of products purchased in our E-Boutique in Switzerland must be returned to the original place of purchase. Products purchased at an IWC Schaffhausen Boutique or an IWC Schaffhausen authorized retailer will not be accepted.
If your timepiece has been engraved or modified it may not be returned or exchanged.
