Biography
Nico Rosberg, son of Finnish Formula 1 world champion Keke Rosberg, came into the world with a burning passion for motor racing. Aged just 17, he was the youngest driver of all time to sit at the wheel of a Formula 1 racing car. In 2006, Nico had his Formula 1 debut with Williams. After four years, he was looking for a new challenge and, in 2010, joined the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ team. Nico has been a passionate devotee of IWC ever since his father gave him a watch from the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer as a graduation present. Working closely with IWC’s designers, he has designed his own limited-edition Ingenieur Chronograph for the new collection.
