DELIVERY
We deliver your purchases from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique conveniently to your home or hotel. Our comprehensive delivery options are tailored to the needs of busy cosmopolitans.
The Concierge Service offers a selection of free and convenient delivery options in Singapore.
• Same Day Delivery: Available if order is placed before 12:30 PM on Business Day*
• Delivery options depend on your shipping address. Our Ambassadors from the Concierge Service will be able to advise you accordingly.
*Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as normal business days with respect to estimated delivery lead times.
Please note that IWC Schaffhausen does not deliver to P.O. boxes, military areas or hotels.
The Swiss E-Boutique only delivers orders within Switzerland. If your delivery address is in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, England or the US, please visit the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique in your respective country.
Please also note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can try on your purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique in your own home. If you do not like your order, you can return it or exchange it free of charge up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Please contact our Concierge Service to arrange your return or exchange.
Products purchased at an IWC Schaffhausen Boutique or an IWC Schaffhausen authorized retailer will not be accepted.
If your timepiece has been engraved or modified, it may not be returned or exchanged.
You may also return your purchase to one of our IWC Schaffhausen’s boutiques, provided that the order was collected from the boutiques and not delivered to an external location.

PAYMENT & GUARANTEE
The IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique accepts payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. To ensure that your purchase is secure, we process all transactions via a secure server and ask for your CVV code.
You can pay for your purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique either with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or China Union Pay. Please note that we can only offer the option of a bank transfer for purchases of CHF 2’000 or more.
The CVV code (“Card Verification Value”) prevents the misuse of credit cards. It ensures that the person shopping online is in possession of the credit card. If you make a purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique and pay with a credit card, you will be asked to enter the CVV code. You can find this three- or four-digit number on the front or back of your card.
All purchases from an IWC Boutique, in the E-Boutique or at an official IWC Schaffhausen retail partners are sold with an International Limited Warranty. If you place your order from an IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique, you will receive your warranty card together with the delivery.
All watches come with a 24-month warranty. If you sign up to become a member of My IWC, we will provide a complimentary 6-year extension to our standard 2-year international limited warranty.
