IWC TOP GUN EXHIBITION
22 to 30 October 2022
12pm – 9pm (Mon to Fri) / 11am – 9pm (Sat & Sun)
Design Orchard, 250 Orchard Road, Level 3
Taking over the level three space of Design Orchard, the monochromatic exhibition will be decked out entirely in dark green, representing “Woodland”, one of the “Colors of TOP GUN”. This draws parallels between the dark green of “Woodland” and the fact that Singapore is a garden city with abundant lush greenery. Join us in this interactive exhibition as we bring the spirit of IWC to life in unexpected ways.
Throughout the nine days, IWC will also be hosting watchmaking classes and a series of interactive and experiential activities for both adults and children. The brand will also be partnering some lifestyle brands for hands-on activities.
Registration is mandatory, limited seats only.
Watchmaking Master Class
Get a peep into the anatomy of an IWC timepiece in an exclusive class led by our in-house watchmaker. Try your hand at assembling a mechanical movement using the tools provided, and bring a timepiece to life.
Explore “The Colors of TOP GUN” in IWC’s virtual 3D environment in the metaverse created by renowned architect, Hani Rashid. Strap on our Virtual Reality headsets and immerse yourself in the monochromatic worlds with a virtual guided tour. Learn about the history of IWC and discover the mechanics behind each TOP GUN timepiece – from the color inspiration to the materials. An astounding experience not to be missed!
Junior Watchmaking Class: Assemble a Clock
Share your passion for watchmaking with your children! A fun, hands-on experience for young learners into the process of mechanical watchmaking through constructing their very own clock that they get to bring home.
Junior NFT Class
Nurture your child’s financial literacy skills with our interactive workshop about the next generation of internet. Learn about the future of money as we cover the basics of NFT and blockchain technology while having fun. Your child will also get the chance to design their own NFT art collection during the session!
In this session, we will be giving you a sense of understanding of the basics of coffee and further explore the beauty of filter coffee. This experience will start off with a cupping session to identify aspects such as the cleanness, sweetness, acidity, mouthfeel and the aftertaste of the coffee; followed by a pourover coffee brewing demo by our barista, explaining the science behind brewing a cup of filter coffee.
Collectible IWC Singapore NFT
An exclusive IWC Singapore NFT will be made available for visitors to collect, and it is only available in a limitation of 1868. This token grants access to curated events such as virtual events within the 3D space and future physical events and services. Additionally, members can participate in token-gated community channels.
