SHIPPING GUIDELINES
DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER,
Thank you for entrusting us with your IWC timepiece.
Following your online service request, we are pleased to provide you with your service shipping kit. Kindly follow the instructions below to ensure the safe delivery of your timepiece. You will be notified once your timepiece is received at our workshop.
- Open the envelope containing the cardboard shipping box and the padding material. Cut open the plastic wrapping of the padding material.
- The prepared cardboard can be extended into a shipping box with one easy motion.
- Within a few minutes, the padding foam inflates to a cubic shape on its own.
- Take out the cylinder center of the cube and strap your watch around it. Replace the cylinder with your strapped watch into the cube and into the shipping box.
- Close the cardboard box with the adhesive strip and place the box into the shipping bag. Affix the shipping label of the carrier onto the bag.
- Please include a copy of either your warranty card or receipt of purchase together with your signed Service Request form.
IMPORTANT
To complete the registration of your service order, the enclosed Service Request form must be included in the service shipping kit with your watch at sending.
For shipping you can use the attached prepaid label from FedEx. To schedule your collection, please go to: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/schedule-manage-pickups.html.
Alternatively, you can drop your parcel for sending at your local FedEx drop-off point. Please note that the shipment of your product must be done from within the country where you received the Shipping Kit.
For security reasons, please do not write IWC on the packaging.
