RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can try on your purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique in your own home. If you do not like your order, you can return it or exchange it free of charge up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

PAYMENT & GUARANTEE
The IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique accepts payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. To ensure that your purchase is secure, we process all transactions via a secure server and ask for your CVV code.
You can pay for your purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique either with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or China Union Pay. Please note that we can only offer the option of a bank transfer for purchases of CHF 2’000 or more.
The CVV code (“Card Verification Value”) prevents the misuse of credit cards. It ensures that the person shopping online is in possession of the credit card. If you make a purchase from the IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique and pay with a credit card, you will be asked to enter the CVV code. You can find this three- or four-digit number on the front or back of your card.
All purchases from an IWC Boutique, in the E-Boutique or at an official IWC Schaffhausen retail partners are sold with an International Limited Warranty. If you place your order from an IWC Schaffhausen E-Boutique, you will receive your warranty card together with the delivery.
All watches come with a 24-month warranty. If you sign up to become a member of My IWC, we will provide a complimentary 6-year extension to our standard 2-year international limited warranty.
